RPA Developer | Leading Financial Institution | 35-50K

Our client is a leading Financial Institution in Hong Kong. They are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join their team.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation, evaluate feasibility, and determine potential benefits and risks.
Develop and configure RPA solutions using industry-leading tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Conduct testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of developed RPA solutions, including unit testing, bug fixing, and collaboration with quality assurance teams.
Document the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Assist in the maintenance and support of deployed RPA solutions, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the development and implementation process.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through RPA, suggesting enhancements or automation initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an RPA Developer.
Strong programming skills, with experience in scripting or coding languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
Proficiency in at least one of the leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Solid understanding of business processes and process automation concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
Experience in the financial services industry or knowledge of banking operations would be a plus.
